If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy was generated by Alma Surf Fuerteventura.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Alma Surf Fuerteventura.
     

  • “Goods” or "Items" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
     

  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
     

  • “Service” refers to the Website.
     

  • “Website” refers to Alma Surf Fuerteventura accessible from https://almasurffuerteventura.com
     

  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 20 days without giving any reason for doing so.

To cancel the Order after placing it, please contact Us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will attempt to cancel your order, before Goods are shipped.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 20 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

If you believe you received incorrect or defective Goods, please contact Us within 24 hours of receiving your Order, we will cover all the shipping costs.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must write a return request to Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

All requests will be processed within 5 business days and You will be notified to make a return shipping.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return Goods, and let You know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved You can choose a refund, in-store credit or exchange.

  • REFUND: We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • EXCHANGE: Shipping charges for the new item will apply.

  • GIFT VOUCHER

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.

Online merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged at Our retail store. Merchandise purchased in Our retail stores may not be returned online.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the original item is incorrect, defective or damaged.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received in the last 20 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • The Goods returned must be in their original condition and unworn with all the tags still attached in place.

  • The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, such as bikinis, cosmetics, yoga mats and earrings.

    • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

    • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or are past the expiry date.

    • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. In that case, You will have to pay for the return shipping.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. After getting the confirmation from Our side, you should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for the Goods being damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
